Harry

Harry, Honghai Yu is an accomplished technology executive and co-founder of Level3 AI, serving as CEO since July 2024, specializing in delivering conversational AI solutions for enterprises in the APAC region. Additionally, Harry has co-founded Neuron Mobility and holds the roles of COO and CTO. Prior experience includes serving as a scientist in the Data Analytics Department at the Institute for Infocomm Research and as a senior research engineer at the Advanced Digital Sciences Center. Earlier in the career, Harry contributed to network coding research and software development at Schlumberger. Academically, Harry earned a PhD and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, following a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the National University of Singapore.
