Steve Bailey

Steve Bailey serves as the Chief Financial Officer. He joined the company in 2006 as Vice President of Operations and has since transitioned into his current role. Steve has extensive experience in assuring budgeted census and financial expectations are met while ensuring regulations and guidelines set forth by the state as well as Ridge Care are met. Prior to joining Ridge Care, Inc., Steve spent more than 20 years in the senior healthcare industry serving as Operational Directors for Carillon Assisted Living, Balanced Care Corporation, Alterra Healthcare and American Care Communities. Steve is a 1990 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, receiving a B.S. degree in Healthcare Management with a concentration in Long Term Care Management.
