Michael (Ming) Chen

Michael (Ming) Chen is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in customer success and engineering management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Ridge Security Technology Inc. since January 2021, Michael leads a team of regional solution architects and engineers in delivering innovative security solutions globally. Previously, from September 1993 to October 2020, Michael held various senior engineering management positions at Cisco Systems, culminating in the role of Senior Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included developing IoT solutions across multiple industries and leading product development for small business networking products, achieving significant revenue milestones.
