Nick (Ning) Mo

Nick (Ning) Mo has extensive experience in the technology industry, dating back to 1997 when they began working at Cisco as a Manager of Software Development. Nick (Ning) later worked as a Manager of Software Development at NetScreen Technologies before joining Juniper Networks as a Senior Manager in 2004. At Juniper, they built and led an engineering team in Beijing to create Juniper's SSG-5/SSG-20 and various other products. In 2006, they joined Hillstone Networks, where they held multiple roles, including VP of Engineering and Co-Founder, where they built an engineering team from scratch and delivered the industry's first 100Gbps Firewall in 2010. In 2018, they became VP of Engineering and Support at ExaLeap and, most recently, in 2019, they became CEO of Ridge Security Technology Inc.

Nick (Ning) Mo earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Systems from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1995. Nick (Ning) went on to obtain their Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 1997.
