Our goal is to make investing in real estate truly passive for busy professionals while creating income streams for building your long-term wealth.

We acquire multi-family assets through the syndication model with private equity. We bring value to mismanaged or under performing assets in need of renovations to bring them to current market trends. By repositioning these assets through renovations and improving operational efficiencies, we increase their value and return that value to our investors.

We are happy to share the benefits and economy of scale of investing in large multi-family assets like apartment buildings. Want to explore if this is right for you? Please reach out and connect.

We help educate our investors on the available strategies for diversifying their investments, including their retirement. Want to free your IRA and 401k retirement accounts to build wealth outside the volatility of the stock market? Consider converting or rolling over a portion of your retirement account into a self-directed IRA or solo 401k which can invest in real estate. We'll help you explore possible solutions.
