Matt Lambert is an accomplished technology and business leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at TradeSmart since March 2023, Lambert oversees the development of a blockchain-enabled platform for smart contracts. As COO and Product Development Consultant at RMD Services, Lambert helps create custom web and mobile applications while enhancing client understanding through data analytics. Lambert is also the Managing Director at Ridgemax Software LLC, focusing on marketing and adtech software solutions. Previously, Lambert co-founded Propeler.me, an initiative aimed at educating youth in technology and entrepreneurship, and held significant roles at Nova Ivica d.o.o. and Paradigma, emphasizing community development and sustainable economic growth. Lambert's professional foundation is supported by a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master's Degree in International and Intercultural Communication from Western Seminary.
