Ridgemont Resources is a privately owned search firm that has provided recruitment services exclusively to the pharmacy profession since 1998. We partner with hospitals, infusion, long-term care, PBM and specialty pharmacies throughout the United States. Our clients are companies that want to hire only the best in the industry; pharmacists who stand out from their peers in their efforts to affect patient care in positive, meaningful ways.

Ridgemont Resources was founded in 1998 by Susan Rollins, to meet the demand for registered pharmacists throughout the United States. In 2005 the company was sold to Regional Manager Jana Rugg, and continues to serve the pharmacy profession with unmatched excellence in recruitment services.

Ridgemont Resources is exclusively dedicated to direct-hire and contract placement of pharmacy professionals. This includes pharmacists, pharmacy managers, executive pharmacy leadership, pharmacy technicians and sales professionals. Our focus on Pharmacy allows us to develop market knowledge unlike any of our competitors. With a thorough understanding of the pharmacy market, we can respond to our clients and candidates with accurate and viable opportunities quickly and professionally. We work on a contingency basis only and never charge a fee to our candidates. You will find that we are professional, flexible and more than competitive in our fee structure as well as in our delivery of service.
