As STL’s trusted buyer for over 30 years, our mission is to buy property directly from sellers who desire a quick and efficient transaction at a fair price. We are locally owned and operated, with our main office located in the heart of Downtown Kirkwood. With over 7,500 properties purchased, we possess an extremely comprehensive knowledge of the area's real estate market.

Whether we are buying a property or helping property owners, investors, and realtors... our main goal is to provide sellers with an easy, stress-free solution that is tailored to their needs.

Our reputation is extremely important to us and we work hand-in-hand with you throughout the entire process to make sure that it's the best experience you’ll ever have. We do more than invest in property, we share our knowledge.
