Matt B. started their work experience in 2005 as a Junior Digital Designer at Domino Systems. In 2006, they joined Business & Decision as a Digital Designer, where they were responsible for designing web sites and online marketing campaigns. From 2010 to 2017, Matt worked at Ridgeway Digital, initially as a UI Designer and later as the Head of Design & UX. In this role, they led the User Experience team, mentored and managed designers, and ensured creative excellence and project success. Matt's work at Ridgeway involved crafting interfaces for award-winning digital products.
Matt B. completed their education in 2005 with a BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design from Coventry University. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, they studied Graphic Design at North Oxfordshire College, where they obtained an ND degree.
