Subhashree Mallick

Subhashree Mallick has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at RiDiK since February 2025, and previously at Widas Group from February 2022 to February 2025. At RiDiK, Subhashree led end-to-end recruitment for technology and commercial roles across multiple countries including Singapore, India, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Malaysia, while building diverse candidate pipelines. Prior roles include Technical Recruiter and Lead Technical Recruiter at OptimHire, where responsibilities involved candidate sourcing and team management, and GAT at NALCO. Subhashree holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from Gandhi Institute for Technological Advancement and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the National Institute of Business Management. Additional training includes a current position as a Virtual Healthcare Workday HCM Trainee at Yuva Intern since September 2025.
