Dan Leng

Dan Leng has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they are the VP of Engineering at Ridwell, where they lead a team in creating a waste-free future by collecting and matching recyclable and reusable items. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Director - Personalization at Wayfair, leading a team in building a personalized shopping experience. Dan also served as the Head of Engineering at Style Genome, where they developed a homeware-specific personalization tech. Before that, they were the Founder & CEO of Point + Line, an online community for artists and art enthusiasts. Dan has also held various roles at Amazon.com, including Software Eng Manager, where they led teams in the development of different products. Dan began their career as a Software Engineer at Register.com and worked as a Technology Consultant at Answerthink Consulting.

Dan Leng obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Art History from Duke University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In 2015 and 2016, they participated in the National Arts Strategies - Creative Community Fellows program, focusing on Arts Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
