Lara Ibrahim has extensive experience in ecological and population modeling, currently serving as Team Leader for Population Modelling and Statistics at RIFCON GmbH since November 2015. Ibrahim's previous roles include Project Management and Environmental Fate Modelling at RIFCON GmbH. Prior experience includes a PhD in Ecological Modelling from RWTH Aachen University, completed in July 2015, where the focus was on developing realistic chemical risk assessment models for fish. Ibrahim also worked as a researcher under the Marie-Curie Initial Training Network at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft from March 2010 to August 2013, contributing to the same project on population models. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and a Post Graduate Specialization Diploma in Geo-information in Environmental Management from the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Lebanese American University.
