At RIFT Social Enterprise, we help people who face barriers to work take their first steps into self-employment and enterprise.

We work alongside individuals who are often furthest from opportunity, including people with convictions, people leaving prison, unemployed adults, and others who need practical, grounded support to move forward.

Over the past eight years, we have supported thousands of people across prisons, probation and community settings. Our work is independently evaluated, and our programmes are designed with delivery partners to meet real commissioning needs.

We partner with prisons, probation services, education providers, local authorities and funders who want outcomes, not box ticking.
