Rigensis Bank AS was established in June 2011 by well-known Russian businessmen and bankers Igor Tsyplakov, Alexei Gudaytis and Dmitry Sokolov, the top-managers of ICT Group of companies – one of the largest, privately-owned investment and industrial companies in Russia. Several holding groups enlisted in top-20 Russian Forbes supported the business concept of the Bank at the start up phase.
