Daniela Blumenwitz

Daniela Blumenwitz has extensive experience in executive search and business consulting, with a focus on the financial services sector, particularly in private equity and venture capital. Daniela began the career as an Associate Consultant at Odgers Berndtson from June 1995 to December 1998, followed by a role at Spencer Stuart as a Consultant from January 1999 to April 2007. Daniela then worked as a Business Development Consultant at P4 Career Consultants GmbH & Co. KG from July 2014 to April 2016. Currently, Daniela serves as the Human Resources Director at Rigeto Unternehmerkapital and runs a coaching business, while also consulting for startups at TechFounders and RESPOND Accelerator. Additionally, Daniela is an active member of the Esquai Network, contributing to the exchange of industry insights.
