Dongsheng Guan

Dongsheng (Don) Guan is a Senior Process Engineer with over 9 years of experience in material synthesis, characterization, nanotechnology, and electrochemistry, along with 6 years specializing in chemical vapor deposition and lithium-ion battery development. Currently employed at Rigetti Computing, they previously held a role at eJoule, focusing on cathode material development for rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. As a Research Associate at the University of Wisconsin, they have led significant projects, including the enhancement of lithium-ion battery anodes and the optimization of atomic layer deposition processes. Don holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master's degree in Physics and Chemistry of Materials from Harbin Institute of Technology.
