Dongsheng (Don) Guan is a Senior Process Engineer with over 9 years of experience in material synthesis, characterization, nanotechnology, and electrochemistry, along with 6 years specializing in chemical vapor deposition and lithium-ion battery development. Currently employed at Rigetti Computing, they previously held a role at eJoule, focusing on cathode material development for rechargeable lithium-ion batteries.
