Luke Kuipers

Luke Kuipers is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property. They served as Patent Counsel at Hewlett-Packard and Fitbit, and were a Partner at Chang & Hale LLP. Currently, Luke is the Director of Intellectual Property at Rigetti Computing, following a tenure as Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Auris Health. Luke’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Boston University and the University of Southern California, respectively, as well as a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School.
