Steve Grind

Steve Grind is a seasoned Engineering Director with deep experience in hardware R&D, currently working as a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Rigetti Computing. They co-founded Inti, Inc., developing innovative web and mobile services, and have held various leadership roles at notable companies, including BioLite and Cascade Designs. Steve holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business. Throughout their career, they managed significant product lines and contributed to the launch of numerous award-winning products.
