Previously, as a facilitator at FOCUS Adventure, Andy conducted over 300 corporate programs across the Asia-Pacific region. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from The University of Western Australia and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology from The School of Positive Psychology.
