Alyssa Hedrick

Alyssa Hedrick is an experienced education and client success professional with a comprehensive background in student retention strategies and relationship management. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Rightworks since October 2021, Alyssa previously worked at ECPI University from March 2016 to September 2021 as a Student Success Coordinator, implementing retention initiatives and overseeing re-enrollment processes. Earlier roles include a Freshman Admissions Presenter at ECPI University, where Alyssa fostered connections with high schools and promoted college readiness, and a High School Social Studies Teacher at Augusta County Public Schools, delivering engaging lessons in World Geography & Cultures and AP U.S. history.
