The second type are larger, mid-sized national firms that are seeking a recruitment partner. By focusing on a limited number of medium sized firms, we are able to provide them with an enterprise wide recruiting (any location/discipline) solution at a very affordable price. For companies who don't want to make a major investment in internal recruitment, we are able to provide the same level of commitment at a much more affordable price than an internal team.
