Lizzy Eischens

Lizzy Eischens is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Right Side Up since October 2021. Prior to this role, Lizzy worked at Cargill from March 2020 to October 2021 as a University Recruiting Specialist, where involvement included the Cargill Young Professional Network's Mentorship Committee and serving as the US HR Lead for the Cargill Global Scholars Program. Lizzy also held the position of Senior Recruiter at Celarity from June 2018 to February 2020, progressing from Associate Recruiter to Senior Recruiter during the tenure. Earlier experience includes roles as a Freshman Admissions Counselor and Transfer Admissions Counselor at the University of Minnesota from September 2016 to June 2018 and various positions at Three Rivers Park District from May 2010 to September 2016. Lizzy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Studies with a minor in Leadership from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2016.
