Right Step is an applied R&D and technology company building the infrastructure for the next generation of sensor-driven systems.

We focus on space, research and healthcare, where reliable health and performance technologies must operate in demanding, or constrained, real-world environments. We combine expertise in hardware, software, data and product design to bridge the gap between the physical and digital worlds, turning promising research, pilots and prototypes into operational capability.

Our flagship platform, Nexus, transforms fragmented sensor ecosystems into operational platforms. Sensor agnostic by design, it enables organisations to orchestrate, standardise, scale and manage sensing capabilities without repeatedly rebuilding the underlying infrastructure.

Developed for edge-first, offline operation, the platform brings together sensors, algorithms and operational workflows or protocols into a single operational layer for organisations working in constrained, remote or operationally sensitive environments.

Whether integrating new sensors, deploying research studies or building long-term sensing capability, it provides the freedom, structure and flexibility needed to turn collections of sensors, analytics and technologies into coordinated systems that can evolve over time, creating consistency without constraining innovation.
