Mike Schiano has over two decades of experience in the technology staffing and consulting sector, holding key positions at several firms. Beginning as the National Accounts Director at Rightech, Schiano later expanded expertise at Verigent as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, establishing a new office in Washington DC. Schiano's leadership continued at Glotel and Robert Half Technology, focusing on client diversification and talent acquisition. Following stints at Vision Technologies and a co-founding role at FieldLink, Schiano returned to Rightech as Managing Director. Additionally, Schiano founded HireLink, specializing in network infrastructure recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from St. John's University.
