Emma Atkinson

Emma Atkinson serves as the Director of People Development at rightmove.co.uk, the UK's largest property portal, since May 2011. In this role, Emma is responsible for the strategic delivery of people development for approximately 150 account managers and 22 area directors. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering induction training, conducting training needs analyses, and developing relevant training programs in response to economic conditions. Prior to this position, Emma held the role of Internal Sales Director at Carphone Warehouse from 2002 to 2011, advancing from Senior Sales Manager.
