Iryna Stepaniak

Iryna Stepaniak is a certified QA Engineering Manager with over 15 years of experience in the software quality industry. Iryna began their career as a QA professional at SoftServe and advanced to leadership roles, notably managing QA teams and implementing robust quality assurance processes. Currently, Iryna leads QA efforts at Rightmove while previously holding positions at companies such as Thermo Fisher Scientific and UBS, where they optimized testing processes and enhanced quality measures. Iryna holds two master's degrees from Lviv Polytechnic National University, one in Social Communication and Information Science and the other in Finance.
