Kay McLellan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Business Partner and HR Manager at Rightmove since May 2019. Prior to this role, Kay held the position of HR Manager at Van Mildert Landlord and Tenant Protection from March 2018 to May 2019, following a progression from Senior Referencing Administrator to Referencing Administrator at the same company between September 2015 and March 2018. Kay’s career began at Serco, where a range of roles from Team Manager to Careers Adviser was undertaken from July 2009 to August 2015. Educational qualifications include an Associate Diploma in People Management from Avado and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sunderland. Kay completed secondary education at Whitley Bay High School.
