Matthew Stratton

Matthew Stratton is an accomplished IT Service Delivery Manager with a strong focus on service improvement and supplier management. They began their career as a Customer Services Assistant at Radley + Co from 2009 to 2012, and later took on roles including IT Performance and Reporting Analyst at Virgin Active and Problem Manager at Computacenter. Currently, Matthew serves as the IT Service Delivery Manager at The Gym Group and has recently taken on a similar role at Rightmove. They hold a National Diploma in IT and Business from Milton Keynes College, which they completed in 2009.
