Sam H. is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Rightmove since August 2024, Sam previously held the position of VP of Engineering at ICE, where efforts focused on scaling an internal engineering organization to enhance compensation processes for music creators. Prior experience includes a successful tenure at Craft Docs, where engineering leadership contributed to award-winning product growth and Series B funding. At Yell, Sam directed a 150-member engineering team, overseeing product delivery and infrastructure. Earlier roles at BSG Wireless and other companies included leading mobile development and managing engineering teams through all phases of the product lifecycle. Sam holds a BSc in Music & Audio Technology from Bournemouth University.
