Chloe Wells has a diverse work experience across multiple industries and roles. Chloe began their career as an Investment Platform Business Management Co-Op at Wellington Management in 2020. Chloe then went on to work as a Career Coach at the Mayor's Office of Workforce Development (OWD) and served as Treasurer at the Epsilon Mu Chapter of Chi Omega in the same year. In 2021, they worked as a Digital Financial Planning & Analysis Co-Op at The TJX Companies, Inc. Chloe also served as the VP of Market Chats at Northeastern University Women in Finance in 2020. In 2022, Chloe was the Director of Career & Personal Development at the Epsilon Mu Chapter of Chi Omega and worked as a Front Desk Associate at Equinox. Chloe also worked as a Business Design - Junior Analyst Consulting Co-op at Rightpoint. Chloe's most recent position is as an Analytics & Insights Analyst at Rightpoint, which they started in 2023.
