Ericka C. Jefferson, MISM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in staffing and project management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Staffing at Rightpoint since 2019, Ericka drives the Global Staffing Unification initiative, enhances operational efficiency, and aligns resource management strategies with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Ericka was a Senior Staffing Manager, focusing on strategic staffing planning in collaboration with HR leadership. At Equilibrium IT Solutions, Ericka advanced from Training & Dispatch Manager to Dispatch Manager & Project Manager, effectively managing project lifecycles and training solutions. Ericka's early career included a role at Omron Electronics as the Educational Services Training & Seminar Coordinator, where Ericka orchestrated training seminars for technical product launches.
