John Fallara

John Fallara has extensive experience in the field of technology support and management. John most recently served as the IT Security Compliance Lead at Rightpoint since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at DePaul University for over 17 years, holding various roles including Director of the Technology Support Center from January 2014 to August 2021, Technical Lead of the IT Services Group from August 2009 to January 2014, and Manager of the Technology Depot from December 2004 to August 2009.

John Fallara earned a Master's degree in Computer Data Visualization and Design from DePaul University, which they attended from 2011 to 2013. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Audio and Video Production with a Technology Emphasis at Millikin University from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, John obtained a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification from ServiceNow in June 2021.
