Juan Castro has a diverse work experience in the creative and design field. Juan is currently working as a Creative/Design Director at Rightpoint since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked at VMLY&R as a Creative/Design Director from October 2018 to April 2020, where they were responsible for leading the creative, strategy, design, and curation of Ford's Lincoln Way and FordPass experiences in North America.

Before joining VMLY&R, Juan worked at Leo Burnett as a Creative Director from June 2015 to October 2018. In this role, they oversaw the conceptualization and development of marketing materials for GM Certified Services and F&I segments. Juan also led the creative team for Chevy's Silverado digital brand from January 2013 to May 2015. Juan's earlier work experience includes roles at MARS Advertising, where they worked as an Associate Digital Creative Director from June 2009 to January 2012, and as a Digital Senior Art Director from January 2008 to June 2009. During this time, they developed and visualized creative concepts for online advertising campaigns, web/digital development projects, and 3D visualizations. Juan Castro completed their Bachelor's Degree in Graphic and Industrial Design, Communications from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, from 1993 to 1999. In 1996, they also attended the Minneapolis College of Art and Design for a Summer Design Workshop focused on Graphic Design.
