Kelly Noah is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and content design, currently serving as a Senior Design Director and Head of Content Design at Rightpoint since September 2012. With a track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, Kelly has successfully driven client growth through innovative strategies, including the development of experimentation and personalization programs that enhance customer engagement. Previous roles include Group Design Director and User Experience Design Director, where Kelly reimagined digital ecosystems and launched award-winning websites. Prior experience includes positions at HeathWallace, DePaul University, and Allstate Financial, as well as an academic background in Human-Computer Interaction and Interactive Multimedia.
