Mark DiSciullo has extensive experience in the field of experience design, with a focus on product design, service design, and UX design of complex systems and applications. Mark has provided thought leadership on human-centered design and has expertise in areas such as Customer Journey Mapping, Service Design Blueprints, Design Systems, Product Design, and User Research.

Mark has worked at various companies throughout their career. Mark was most recently the Experience Design Director at Rightpoint, where they led multiple omni channel design engagements within various industries. Prior to that, they worked as an Experience Design Architect and Senior Manager at TandemSeven, a User Experience Design Strategist at Merck, and an Experience Design Strategist at NTT DATA Americas (formerly MISI Company).

Mark also served as the First Vice President of User Experience at TD Ameritrade (formerly TD Waterhouse), where they implemented a User-Centered Design process and led the redesign of the company's most profitable product channels. Mark started their career at Marketware International, where they designed user interfaces for online stock trading applications and managed international UX projects.

Before joining Marketware International, Mark was an Art Director and Business Partner at Kandu Interactive, where they were involved in designing and developing immersive interactive experiences for the Pharmaceutical, Financial, and Entertainment industries. Mark began their career as a Senior Interactive Designer at GWF Associates, LLC, focusing on the design and development of touchscreen applications and medical animations for the pharmaceutical industry.

Mark DiSciullo completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine Arts and Visual Design at The College of New Jersey from 1989 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the HFI-Certified Usability Analyst certification from Human Factors International in January 2004.
