Richard Chua

Richard Chua is a seasoned Technical Architect at Rightpoint since September 2016, with extensive experience in network analysis and technical support from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where employment spanned from January 2003 to September 2016. In the role of Senior Network Analyst with the College of Medicine, Richard was responsible for administering user accounts and computer hardware, preparing and deploying software, maintaining multimedia classroom equipment, and providing helpdesk support. Additionally, Richard supervised student employees and created Visual Basic scripts to enhance administrative efficiency. Prior experience as a LAN Consultant involved providing technical support, troubleshooting security policies, and developing the University’s Network Services Kit. Richard holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
