Senior Director And National Practice Lead, Digital Operations Itops at Rightpoint

Sherrie Eichstaedt has extensive work experience in the field of digital operations and IT operations. Sherrie began their career at Hostmark Hospitality Group in 2006 as a Systems Support Manager, where they worked until 2011. Sherrie then joined SWC Technology Partners, starting as a Consultant and Service Desk Team Lead in 2011. Sherrie later transitioned to the role of Service Desk Manager in 2014 and finally became the Quality Assurance Manager in 2017. In 2018, Sherrie Eichstaedt joined Rightpoint as a Service Delivery Manager. Sherrie then moved on to become the Associate Director of SDM in 2019 and was promoted to Director and National Practice Lead of Digital Operations ITOps in 2021. In 2023, they assumed the position of Director II and National Practice Lead in Digital Operations ITOps at Rightpoint.

Sherrie Eichstaedt completed their Bachelor of Science in Management degree from the University of Illinois Chicago. Sherrie attended the university from 2003 to 2005. In addition, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2018.
