Steve Woolwine

Steve Woolwine is a VP and Global HR Leader with over 20 years of experience in developing human capital strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Rightpoint, a Genpact company, Steve leads all HR aspects, including talent management and employee life cycle management. Previously, at Bridgewater Associates, Steve was the HR Operations Leader, overseeing employee life cycle processes for 1,500 employees. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Development from the University of Tennessee.
