Vicki Hoffman

Vicki Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Vicki is currently employed at Rightpoint as a Senior Product Manager since January 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Business Analyst at Rightpoint from June 2019 to January 2021.

Before their time at Rightpoint, Vicki worked at QuikOrder® as a Business Analyst from January 2016 to June 2019. Vicki was responsible for working on two Scrum teams for the Pizza Hut website, focusing on projects such as social sign-in via Facebook, credit card tokenization, and mobile-responsive site conversion.

Vicki also had a stint at Manthan in 2015 as a Business Analyst - Product Development. In this role, they acted as a Product Manager for the Sears Marketplace website, collaborating with the Marketplace and Engineering teams to develop functional requirements for features such as the Commission Metering Tool, Deal Sequencing Feature, and Seller Promotion Portal.

From 2014 to 2015, Vicki worked as a Sr. Systems and Business Analyst, QI at UCAN, a non-profit organization dedicated to youth and family empowerment through healing and education.

Prior to that, they gained extensive experience at Tukaiz as a Project Manager / Business Analyst from 2009 to 2014. Vicki managed the development of Print-on-Demand B2B e-Commerce systems for clients such as Nestle and State Farm, overseeing cross-functional project teams and facilitating agile meetings.

Vicki started their career at Panoptic Studios as a Project Coordinator / Business Development Manager from 2005 to 2009.

Before transitioning into the corporate world, they worked in the public school system as a Vocal Music Teacher from 1991 to 2003. During their time there, they taught general and vocal music, developed music curriculum, and organized and supervised solo and ensemble contests.

With an extensive background in business analysis, project management, and product development, Vicki Hoffman brings a wealth of experience across various industries.

Vicki Hoffman holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained from 1986 to 1991. Vicki further pursued their education by completing 40 credit hours in Computer Information Systems at Clarke University from 2003 to 2005. In 2012, Vicki enrolled at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and earned their Masters in Project Management in 2013. In addition to their educational accomplishments, Vicki also holds certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in November 2013, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in July 2013.
