Nico Nyberg has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2012, they worked as a Marketer at Trainers' House, where they arranged business meetings and enhanced their communication and negotiation skills. In 2014, they joined Credit Suisse as a Sourcing Analyst, leading projects on vendor management and sourcing strategy overhaul. In 2015, Nico worked as a Software Tester at Nordea, gaining valuable insights into development projects and effective communication between teams. Later in 2015, they served as a Sales Assistant at ALD Automotive, managing customer orders and handling corporate client reporting. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Cash Management Advisor at OP Financial Group, analyzing customer contact forwarding issues and proposing process improvements. Starting in 2018, Nico joined Rightware, initially as a Software Delivery Coordinator, responsible for managing licenses and software deliveries, coordinating tool development, and delivering a Proof of Concept project for a top-tier OEM. Currently, Nico is the Founder of Sicsty, a position they assumed in April 2021.
Nico Nyberg pursued their education at two different institutions. From 2011 to 2016, they attended Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in European Business Administration. Additionally, from 2013 to 2016, they studied at IMC Krems, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business degree with a field of study in Export Oriented Management.
