Michael Beckham is an experienced professional in recruiting and production management, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at RightWorks since January 2024. Previously, Beckham worked at Stormlight Pictures for over seven years, where responsibilities included overseeing production logistics as a Producer/Production Manager and developing new client relationships as a Business Consultant. Beckham's career began in the US Army, with roles as a Recruiter and Human Resources Director, managing personnel and recruitment for a force of over 200. Beckham holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Belmont University and has extensive expertise in high-level recruiting and project management.
