Lance Dettmann is a transitioning veteran and former Navy SEAL with an extensive career in leadership and management within Special Operations Forces. They held various high-level positions, including Program Manager at CACI - The Wexford Group International and Senior Manager of Operations at Naval Special Warfare Group ONE, where they demonstrated a track record of exceptional performance in strategic operations. With a Master's degree in National Security and Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, Lance's expertise in developing tactical training and operational plans significantly contributed to national security efforts. Currently, they serve as a Business Development and Capture Manager at Rigid Tactical, continuing their commitment to dynamic organizations.
