Hannah May is an experienced client services professional with a proven track record in customer support and service management within diverse sectors. Currently serving as Client Services Manager and formerly as Client Services Executive at Rigzone since August 2014, Hannah has excelled in training users to maximize the platform's benefits for recruiters in the oil and gas industry. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Support Officer at OneCodec LTD, where relationship building and issue resolution for customers were key responsibilities, and as Customer Service Assistant at John Lewis, where exceptional customer experience was prioritized.
