Independent, involved, curious and innovative. That's what drives us.

We believe that good housing is a basic right, but we see that in The Netherlands this is not something that can be taken for granted by everyone.

Our mission

We have been active in the dynamic world of living for more than 50 years. We strive to understand the complex housing market and support governments, housing associations and market parties in making sensible decisions, based on facts and not on assumptions. Because today's choices determine tomorrow's housing.

The RIGO method

What sets us apart is the diversity and complexity of our assignments. Our strength is to reduce complicated matters to their essence. What do we see happening? What do we think about that? And what are the options for effective policy?

As generalists in the residential domain and specialists in specific themes, we contribute to good living: in neighborhoods, cities, villages and regions throughout the Netherlands. We do this through advice, research, process guidance and temporary secondment.
