Riide Dapp Ltd is building the infrastructure layer for electric mobility.
Not a ride-hailing app. A vertically integrated, blockchain-native platform unifying electric mobility, charging infrastructure, tokenised real-world assets, and sustainability data into one operating system spanning land, sea, and air.
Operating on the Internet Computer Protocol, Riide combines electric rides, chauffeur, rentals, micro-mobility, marine EV, delivery, and GreenHub charging infrastructure within a single ecosystem, enabling drivers, fleet operators, partners, and investors to participate in a community-owned mobility network.
Community members earn rewards through tokenised participation, contribute to governance, and share in the economic upside generated by the infrastructure itself. This is not aggregation. It is ownership.
The GreenHub network is the physical backbone. Solar-powered, modular, and deployable across urban sites, fleet depots, coastal resorts, and marinas, GreenHubs generate six simultaneous revenue streams independent of ride volume.
Riide is completing its EIS Operational Acceleration Round. £250,000. HMRC Advance Assurance confirmed. Qualifying UK investors receive 30% income tax relief, CGT exemption at exit, and loss relief protection.
Post-funding, Opinov8 is Riide's chosen development partner for the full commercial platform build.
Expanding across UK, UAE, KSA, and Greece, including the Kea Valley tourism and coastal corridor, with US and Asia-Pacific markets in active sequencing.
Our mission is to decentralise the future of transport by merging clean energy, blockchain, and community governance into a global, tokenised mobility network.
