Dave Savory

Dave Savory has had a diverse work experience. Dave began their career in 2008 as a Franchise Manager for College Pro Painters. In 2011, they joined Travergence Interactive Inc. as a Sales & Business Development (Co-Op). In 2013, they started working for Softree Technical Systems Inc. as a Sales & Business Development. That same year, they also co-founded Riipen, where they have held various positions including Co-Founder & Vice President of Experiential Learning, Board Member, Co-Founder & Director of Experiential Learning, and Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer. As the Director of Experiential Learning, Dave and the Riipen team have built an ecosystem of project-based experiential learning opportunities, with over 220 post-secondary schools and 10,000+ industry partners. As the Director of Industry Partners, Dave is responsible for engaging with organizations to provide real-world experiences for top emerging talent. As the Chief Operating Officer, Dave has accelerated skill development in a broad range of areas.

Dave Savory attended North Park Collegiate from 2001 to 2005. Dave then attended the University of Victoria from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship. During this time, they also attended Western University from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dave'story. Additionally, they have obtained a Social Media Marketing Certification Exam from Hootsuite Media Inc.
