Wouter Schelt

Wouter Schelt, van is currently the Manager of the Research Program for Replacement & Renovation at Rijkswaterstaat. They previously held several roles within the organization, including Senior Advisor for Integrated Safety and Advisor for Crisis Management from 2015 to 2019, and served as the Head of the Department of Construction Technology at Bouwdienst. Wouter earned a degree in Physics from the University of Amsterdam and a Master of Public Management from Universiteit Twente. Throughout their career, they have focused on innovation and strategy in the infrastructure sector.
