Mark Koning is an Anesthesiologist-Intensivist at Rijnstate, where they have been serving since 2018. They completed a European Diploma in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care and researched the clinical effects of intrathecal morphine in their PhD thesis. Previously, Mark held positions as a Fellow in Intensive Care at Erasmus MC and as an Anesthesiologist-Intensivist at HMC. Additionally, Mark has been an instructor for ALS at OSG VvAA since 2012. They obtained their Doctorandus in Geneeskunde from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2010.
