Jonathan Heddle is an academic researcher and biotech entrepreneur with expertise in biochemistry, enzymology, antibacterial drugs, structural biology, and bionanotechnology. They held positions as an adjunct associate professor at Tohoku University and a research scientist at Yokohama City University, where they focused on structural biology and the development of next-generation nano-devices. Currently, Jonathan leads labs at both Jagiellonian University and Durham University, engaging in research on biologically-based nanomaterials and therapeutic agents, including programmable protein nanostructures.
