Alysha Salinger

Alysha Salinger currently holds a position in Growth at Rillet since November 2023. Prior to this role, Alysha served at Morgan Stanley from July 2017 to October 2023, with responsibilities as Executive Director in Global Capital Markets, overseeing various financial sectors including fintech and project financing, and managing lending portfolios across North America and APAC. Alysha also held positions as Vice President and Associate in Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley. Earlier experience includes founding and serving as CEO of Bali, where digital retail solutions were developed, and working as a lawyer in corporate and leveraged finance at Ashurst. Additionally, Alysha has coaching experience in international arbitration and a background in financial planning as a portfolio analyst. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney.
